A couple weekends ago I made my regular trip through to Edinburgh to catch up with my main gals. This was actually super exciting because we decided to try out THE CAULDRON (the inner Harry Potter nerd in me was dying). So currently in my life, for the foreseeable anyways, I have decided to avoid boys and stick with drinking plenty water and eating veggies cause they will deffo not cause me wrinkles and grey hairs. That being said I have found the absolute gals night out venue in the Deen.

The first weekend in November my Other Half and I took a trip up to the North East of Scotland to visit his family.  It was a fun filled long weekend consisting of plenty walks, food and of course booze…

While we were there my boyfriend put his cocktail making skills to the test. And he came up with a couple drinks to suit both mine and his aunties tastes.

His auntie is not much of a cocktail drinker as she only likes wine. But, this was just a fun little challenge for my partner as he rattled off a wine cocktail recipe he made up on the spot!
